Our refund and return policy covers both your digital ticket purchase for the Karnival Sukan Ansara sports event and any accompanying physical merchandise, such as a T-shirt.
Refund & Return Period
Our refund and return period lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase (or the event date for ticket-related issues), we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
A. Digital Ticket Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund on your digital ticket if:
- Event Cancellation: The Karnival Sukan Ansara event is officially cancelled by the organizers.
- Significant Event Change: There’s a major change to the event details (e.g., date, venue, or format) that makes attendance impossible or undesirable for you, and you request a refund within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 7 days) of the announcement.
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased multiple tickets for the same person or entry to the same event.
- Technical Issue Preventing Access: You experienced a technical issue on our platform that demonstrably prevented you from accessing or using your ticket, and you reported the issue to us within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 24 hours of the event start time).
Digital Ticket Ineligibility for Refunds:
Generally, we won’t grant refunds for digital tickets if:
- Change of Mind: You simply change your mind about attending.
- Non-attendance: You’re unable to attend for personal reasons (e.g., illness, travel issues, conflicting commitments).
- Lost or Misplaced Tickets: Your digital ticket is lost or can’t be located after successful delivery.
- Failure to Read Event Details: You didn’t fully read or understand the event details, rules, or requirements before buying.
- Partial Attendance: You attended part of the event but decided not to attend the remainder.
- Issues Outside Our Control: Problems arise from your personal internet connection, device compatibility, or failure to follow instructions for event access.
- Purchases Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Event: Unless due to event cancellation or a significant change announced within this timeframe.
B. T-Shirt Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange of your T-shirt, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging (if applicable, e.g., polybag).
Non-Returnable Items for T-shirts:
- T-shirts showing obvious signs of use, wear, or damage not due to our error.
- T-shirts not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- T-shirts that have been customized or personalized specifically for you (if offered).
Partial Refunds for T-shirts:
In certain situations, we may only grant partial refunds for T-shirts, such as:
- Any T-shirt not in its original condition, damaged, or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any T-shirt returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Combined Purchases (Ticket & T-shirt)
If your T-shirt was bundled with your event ticket, any refund consideration will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We’ll look at the status of both the ticket (as per section A) and the T-shirt (as per section B). If a T-shirt is returned for reasons not due to our error, and the ticket component is non-refundable, we may consider a partial refund for the T-shirt component (less any shipping costs).
General Refund & Return Process
To Request a Refund or Return:
To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email).
Please contact us at [email protected] with your request and supporting documentation. For T-shirt returns, please include photos if applicable.
Refunds (for approved requests):
Once we receive and inspect your returned T-shirt (if applicable), or your ticket refund request is approved, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of your refund’s approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or originalmethod of payment, typically within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there’s often processing time before a refund appears. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items (tickets or T-shirts) may be refunded. Sale items, including discounted tickets or promotional T-shirts, cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled or the item is defective.
Exchanges:
We only replace T-shirts if they are defective or damaged (e.g., manufacturing defect). If you need to exchange a defective T-shirt for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll provide instructions for returning the defective item. Digital tickets are not exchangeable.
Shipping Returns (for T-shirts):
To return your T-shirt, you should mail your product to: Rumah ANSARA USJ2, 12A, Jalan USJ 2/6F, USJ 2, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your T-shirt. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive T-shirts, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
