Below 40
Age Verification
Youth Category: Participants must be under 40 years old in 2025 (born after 1985)
Senior Category: Participants must be 40 years old and above in 2025 (born before 1986)
Fun Run Category: Minimum age to participate is 6 years old. Participants under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the run.
An identification card or proof of age may be required during bib collection.
Registration
Team Relay Run (Men & Women)
Registration must be completed by the respective Chapter’s Chef De Mission
5km & 10km Run (ANSARA Members & Public)
Each individual must create an account on the KSA25 portal at www.karnivalsukanansara.com and make their own purchase
5km & 10km Run (ANSARA Family Members)
ANSARA members may purchase slots for their family members through their account
5km & 10km Run (Corporate)
Registration must be completed by a corporate representative using an official corporate account on the KSA25 portal
Bib Number
Bib numbers must be worn on the front of the body (chest or abdomen) and must remain clearly visible throughout the run
Participants are not allowed to exchange bibs with others
Failure to follow this rule may result in immediate disqualification
Special Rules for Team Relay Run
Each team must follow the assigned runner order; baton exchanges are only valid within the designated exchange zones.
Teams with fewer than 5 runners are not eligible for podium medals.
Any runner completing more than one leg will result in team disqualification.
Cut-Off Time & Time Limit
All participants in the 5km and 10km runs must complete their run within:
1 hour 40 minutes for 5km
2 hours for 10km
Podium Medal Eligibility
Only KSA Athletes and Non-KSA Athletes are eligible to compete for podium medals in the individual 10km run.
Only the top 3 fastest teams in each Team Relay Run category will receive podium medals.
Safety & Code of Conduct
As the run takes place at night, headlamps are mandatory for all participants.
Reflective clothing or accessories are strongly encouraged for safety.
Marshals, security personnel, and medical teams will be stationed along the route.
Participants are strictly prohibited from pushing, obstructing, or disturbing other runners.
Pets, bicycles, skateboards, and other wheeled equipment are not allowed during the event.
Participants are advised not to wear sound-isolating earphones for their own safety.
Terms & Disclaimer
The organizer reserves the right to:
Modify the route, event timing, or categories as necessary for safety/logistical reasons.
Cancel the event in the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, disasters, etc.)
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once registration is confirmed.
By participating in this event, participants:
Declare that they are physically and mentally fit to run.
Accept all risks of injury, loss, or accidents that may occur during the event.
Grant permission to the organizer to use their photos, videos, or registration data for promotional purposes without compensation.
